**Your job includes**
- Carrying out consistent, high-precision production process to meet timely delivery of products
- Working in the clean room
- Running quality control processes and measurements
- Assessing results, update technical documentation, handling and storing process data about the production work
- Collaborating with R&D team
- Optimizing and developing manufacturing process
- Technical education, apprenticeship as process technician, physics/chemical laboratory assistant, or similar
- Hands-on experience in a small-scale / prototyping micro-/nano-fabrication production line and working in a lab/ cleanroom environment
- Good technical understanding and hands-on self-starter mentality
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and precise working attitude
