**Supply Chain Manager Sampling Zürich**:
In this exciting role you will be part of the local Commercial Sampling Management team based in Duebendorf. You will coordinate the Supply Chain teams and guarantee an outstanding customer experience for our our requesters concerning Service and Quality. You will work in close collaboration with the regional Commercial Sampling Supply Chain network and report directly to the Site Sampling Manager.

**You will**:
**Execution Excellence**
- Actively work with the teams on customer engagement and delivering customer experience
- Determine and manage Supply Chain relevant KPI
- Continuous improvement on safety, service, quality and cost topics
- Build good relationships with the Commercial Teams, Portfolio Management, GBS and other stakeholders
- With support, perform ERP regression testing and evaluation of Change requests
- Ensure ERP stability and connectivity
- Support and influence regional Supply Chain plans or strategy
**Leadership and Talent management**
- Manage the Customer Care, Filling and Stock Management team
- Provide coaching and functional direction to direct reports
- Human resource processes, such as annual performance review, setting targets or develop talents
- Lead by example and live our Givaudan DNA
**You have**:
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline is an advantage
- Knowledge of Flavors and/or Fragrances industry are an advantage
- Expert in project management is desired
- Knowledge of LEAN or 6 Sigma methodology
- 3 years of experience in people management
- German native speaker, business fluent in English, any other language skills are an advantage
- Comfort in dealing with changes
- Cultural awareness
