In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie spannende Aufgaben in der Kundenberatung, dem Verkauf sowie im Backoffice für einen der weltweit renommiertesten Luxusuhren Brands. Sie betreuen anspruchsvolle nationale sowie internationale Kunden, führen Beratungs
- und Verkaufsgespräche und repräsentieren den Brand als Ambassador (Business Development) auch an diversen Messen sowie Events. Durch Ihre kompetente, gewinnende Beratung sorgen Sie für ein sympathisches, optimales Kauferlebnis der Kunden und sind Botschafter/in der Marke in einem der prestigeträchtigsten Häuser der Luxusuhrenbranche. Die Mitarbeit in diversen internen Projekten sowie Übernahme von Backoffice Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsgebiet. Um diese vielseitige Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Verkauf sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der anspruchsvollen Kundenberatung mit. Ihre Berufspraxis konnten Sie in Unternehmen aus dem Luxus
- oder Konsumgüterbereich im Premium Segment, von Vorteil mit verwandtem Branchenumfeld (z.b. Luxusuhren, Schmuck, Jewelry) sammeln. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch sowie fliessend in Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen (z.B. Französisch/Italienisch etc.) sind von Vorteil. Zudem bringen Sie gute IT Kenntnisse (MS Office) mit. Wichtig ist insbesondere ein sicheres Gespür für Ästhetik sowie Ihre Fähigkeit, durch Ihre gewinnende Persönlichkeit ein herausragendes Marken
- und Kundenerlebnis schaffen zu können. Durch Ihre hohe Serviceorientierung und Ihre versierten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gelingt es Ihnen, Kunden nachhaltig für die Produkte unserer Mandantin zu begeistern und Beziehungen langfristig erfolgreich zu pflegen/Netzwerke aufzubauen.
