Tasks
- Carry out all customer service duties to acquire, build, and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle order entry and order management.
- Organize transport and delivery.
- Evaluate and communicate delivery schedules with customers.
- Create sales reports and maintain customer data in the ERP system.
- Perform general organizational work and provide field sales support.
- Report to the Sales Support Lead.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in the field of sales, administration, or a similar position.
- Professional proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
- Autonomous, curious, proactive, as well as structured and well-organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Very good communication and expression skills in English and German, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
