**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- **Needs Assessment and Proposal Development**:
Gather detailed client project requirements to create tailored proposals that address unique challenges, while determining competitive pricing and negotiating terms effectively.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Establish trust through reliable communication, maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle, and address client concerns to provide effective solutions.
- **Project Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, oversee subcontractor performance, and monitor project milestones to resolve any issues that arise.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
Track sales metrics and performance, analyze data to enhance sales strategies, and provide insights to inform management decisions for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales;
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics services
- Fluency in English is necessary, Italian/ German/ Chinese would be a plus;
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
- Leadership skills and be active;
- Multitasking and collaboration skills.
