CISA Auditor - OpRisk & Cyber

Aufgaben

Lead IT audits or provide support to senior colleagues in the area of Cyber and IT Operational Risk including Business Continuity Management / Span of responsibility, from planning and conducting risk-based audits to writing the audit report, advising the line and monitoring the risks / Performing detailed risk analysis including assessments of risks / Continuous risk monitoring activities in collaboration with the Data Analytics team, to find high-quality findings within a given timeframe / Reporting on risks and controls against best practice benchmarks / Identifying emerging risks and threats including reporting to senior management / Supporting the development of the annual audit plan in collaboration senior management IT and the Head of Internal IT Audit / Supporting the design of sustainable risk mitigation plans / Coaching and encouraging junior audit colleagues / Building stable relationships with senior management IT and encouraging flexibility on risk awareness.

Qualifikation

Master's degree in Business or Economics, Computer Science or Engineering / IT audit certifications CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA or even CPA, CIA / Professional experience in banking or IT audit / Solid knowledge of an IT department and IT risk management / Knowledge of IT risk and cyber controls methodology and structure / Professional experience in cybersecurity, Operational Risk and Business Continuity / Interest in Business Continuity and Threat Detection & Response, I&AM, DLP / Experience auditing IT risk functions, including CISO and Second Line of Defense / Experience with NIST, COBIT and other IT control frameworks / Analytical, accurate personality / Ability to work cross-IT with auditors and data analysts to assess technology risks / Multitask / Ability to present technical issues simply and concisely / Skills including efficiency and efficacy with optimal time management / Ability to ensure excellent execution within deadlines / Fluency in communicating with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels / Appreciation of diverse perspectives / Contribute to fostering an inclusive culture / Languages: English and German.
