**Description**:

- Advising employees and clients on legal issues with a focus on commercial, corporate and tax law
- Handling national and international legal cases
- Supporting the development and revision of contractual-legal framework conditions
- Drafting, adapting and reviewing contracts and forms of all kinds
- Actively following legal, economic and political developments in the target markets

**Requirements**:

- University degree in law/business law
- Ideally first professional experience
- Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Analytical skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Holistic thinking and acting, focusing on the needs of the clients
