**Your role**
- Interested in working financial services and have an eye for detail, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Internal Audit Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- learn how to detect when things might have gone wrong and help strengthen and safeguard UBS
- review our businesses, processes and products to understand how they work
- learn the governance and controls in place to prevent errors or losses
- analyze and assess technology risks
- identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address technology risks
- prepare reports of audit findings for UBS senior management

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Group Internal Audit, a team of more than 600 professionals working in 21 offices in 15 locations. We’re responsible for assessing processes, governance, risk management and controls in all business divisions to identify where we need to better manage risk. You’ll join a team responsible for audit coverage within GIA Business-aligned Technology Audit.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
