**What would your role be?**
- Manage media agencies.
- Jointly with sales, define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.
- Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience.
- Identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize user experience and manage vendor relationships.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their adoption.
**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Understanding of Swiss media agency environment.
- Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends. SQL knowledge is a plus.
