Are you passionate about the financial world? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Management who will help support the team.
**What would your role be?**
- Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place
- Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.)
- Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators
- Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals
- Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and German (desirable) and effective communication skills
- A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service
- Good understanding of financial products and markets
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office)
