Data Strategist

**Beschreibung**:
For our customer, a well known insurance company in central Switzerland, we are looking for a **Data Strategist** for a permanent position.

**Daily Business**:

- You will evolve CSS's data strategy and roadmap and drive transformational foundation building in the areas of architecture, technology, governance, culture, and capabilities
- You identify opportunities along existing and new business models and translate them into data plans and requirements
- You provide consulting, training, and co-creation support to decision makers along the various phases of data-based projects/analyses
- As a flag bearer you actively help to embed the data topic throughout CSS and act as a bridge builder between business, data protection and IT

**Must Haves**:

- You have a university or college degree in natural sciences, business administration or technology (doctorate would be an advantage)
- You have several years of professional experience with data analytics, data strategy or business intelligence in a consulting firm or in the finance and insurance environment
- Your strategic thinking and view of the big picture allow you to make pragmatic decisions, create win-win situations and develop future-oriented strategies
- As a moderator, you have easy access to discussion partners and you convince with inspiring story-telling from the employee to C-Level
- You have a strong understanding of mathematics and statistics coupled with a high level of methodological competence in the fields of data science (machine learning, natural language processing), data governance and strategy, as well as IT and business administration
