In this role you will be responsible for purchasing materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and term, in Medium
- / Low-Speed Division in Baden, ensuring that purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
Reporting to the Team Leader of Logistics & Operational Purchasing, you will contribute to our success in region.
Your responsibilities:
- Order processing / handling / monitoring of direct (division) material- Contact point of part availability towards Divisions- First instance for delivery issues, internal and towards supplier- Master data maintenance- Collaboration on inventory- Accounting - Invoice processing, creating Credit-/Debit notes
Your background:
- Min. of 2 years work experience in operational purchasing, working as Buyer.- Good knowledge of SAP-ERP-System (+ SAP Ariba advantageous)- Experienced handling of SAP and Office tools- Strong communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken)- A collaborative and solution-focused approach- Further education, appropriate to area of expertise, desired
