- As a member of the project team, you will provide guidance to our esteemed clients on the successful execution of compelling data center construction projects.
- You will oversee projects and programs varying in size and complexity, which encompasses project organization, goal-setting, management, scheduling, and documenting project progress.
- In your role as an intermediary, you will ensure structured management of project stakeholders and serve as a dependable point of contact for client-internal departments, master planners, general contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, and others.
- As the representative of the builder, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of client needs, including design, specifications, and directives.
- You will consistently monitor the processes of building completion, commissioning, and handover.
- In collaboration with the project manager, you will coordinate schedules, procurement activities, and the management of fire safety and operational permits.

**Qualifications**
- Having successfully completed technical studies in fields such as civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or building services
- you bring min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project control of complex building construction projects, with a preference for those in the Data Centre sector.
- Your entrepreneurial mindset, quick comprehension, and analytical and networked thinking set you apart.
- You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills in both German and English and thrive in multicultural team environments.
- Your background includes handling large and complex projects within the industrial sector.
- You demonstrate a balanced combination of assertiveness and empathy, decisiveness and team spirit, and you work independently, meticulously, and attentively.
