About the role

We're looking for a Chief Operating Officer—a strong, systems-focused manager who will oversee the company's operations and help us build effective, scalable business processes. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit—young, ambitious, open-minded, and ready to understand the details and see things through to completion.

You will work closely with the company's CEO, heads of key departments (development, sales, marketing, product, finance), and directly with the operations team. Regular collaboration with HR and finance will be essential to optimize processes and control costs.

Job description
- Full control of current operational processes: organization, optimization, and execution monitoring;
- Implementation of metrics and KPIs for key business areas;
- Team performance monitoring: feedback, development, rotation, including layoffs;
- Development and implementation of internal regulations, processes, and policies;
- Cost management and optimization;
- Financial planning, control, and analytics.

**Qualifications**:
You have:

- Ability to build a system out of chaos: able to see the big picture while delving deeply into details;
- Proactive and results-oriented: takes responsibility and drives results;
- Mature management thinking and a clear vision of business processes;
- Experience building or reorganizing business processes, implementing KPIs, and managing teams;
- It's important that you can demonstrate your accomplishments: completed projects, performance improvements, systemic improvements—anything that demonstrates your ability to deliver results.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in high-growth startups or digital businesses;
- 3-5 years of experience as a COO/Head of Operations/Operations Manager;
- Strong financial and management reporting skills.
