General Accountant/accounts Payable

We are looking for a **General Accountant/Accounts Payable /(H/F/X)**, for our client, a prestigious luxury company in Geneva, to join its dynamic team for a temporary role of 6-8 months.

**Missions**
- You will engage in database enrichment and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- You are tasked with managing AP activities, including scanning of invoices, workflow treatment, and effective communication with various departments to resolve issues.
- You will handle Travel and Expenses (T&Es) treatment, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- You are responsible for General Ledger (GL) journal bookings, accruals, and account reconciliations, contributing to the overall financial integrity.
- You will participate in the treatment of fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting and compliance with financial regulations.
- You possess strong experience in general accounting, particularly with Accounts Payable (AP).
- You are proficient in using accounting software and tools such as AX, Concur, Basware, CUPA,
- You are fluent in English and French, capable of effective communication in a multilingual environment.
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across departments, resolving issues and contributing to the financial team's success.

**Salary range** - 45-50 CHF/hr
