We are looking for a Treasurer to join our growing, high impact Finance team in our office in Zurich.

Tasks
- In-charge of the asset and liability management of the Bank in Switzerland and its Asset Manager in Singapore
- Forecasting, stress-scenarios, analyzing, and driving execution decisions around liquidity; including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio, etc
- Manage other Treasury related regulatory requirements such as large exposure
- Manage third party bank relationships
- Manage the Bank’s investment portfolio in respect of revenue optimization as well as regulatory requirements
- Proactively evaluate, recommend and implement improvements in Treasury related activities
- Run and support ad-hoc projects in Finance & Treasury
- Maintain and update our KPIs on a monthly basis
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Brokerage, Asset Management, Sales etc. as needed
- Support Finance, where necessary

**Requirements**:

- Broad experience, at least 6 years, in Treasury / Finance activities in the banking environment
- Broad understanding of the crypto ecosystem including DeFi
- In-depth understanding of FINMA requirements
- Self-starter and hands-on person
- Used to work in a small team
- Fluency in English and German required
