- Job Description_
- Analyze, monitor and verify incoming corporate action information and counterparty claims.
- Initiate payments or deliveries.
- Evaluate and reconcile the company’s books and records with clearinghouses and banks.
- Instruct clearinghouses and banks with our instructions for corporate events.
- Organize the instructions from our trading department and customers.
- Requirements_
- Commercial apprenticeship in the banking or finance industry.
- **MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 1-year** of Securities operations, settlement, reconciliation experience. (**but not more than 3 years** as this is a Junior role where you can learn about Corporate Actions).
- Some knowledge of Securities Banking Products is important,.
- Good MS Office knowledge and interested to learn new systems and tools.
- **YOU MUST HAVE** Fluency in English (daily use) and German
- Knowledge of French or Italian would be nice to have, but not a must have
- Open-minded team player with good comprehension skills, a strong eye for detail and work accurately under tight time-lines..
