Die Verwaltung der Bürgergemeinde Aesch hat ein sehr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet. Wir organisieren und protokollieren Sitzungen, erledigen Korrespondenzen und die Buchhaltung inkl. Lohnwesen für Forstbetrieb und Hauswarte, wir bewirtschaften die Liegenschaften und Baurecht und wir beraten Einbürgerungswillige.
Für unser kleines aufgestelltes Team suchen wir auf Januar 2025 eine/n

**kaufmännische/n Angestellte/n 80 - 100 %**

als Stellvertretung Bürgergemeinde-Verwaltung mit u.a. folgenden Aufgaben:

- Protokollwesen, Korrespondenz
- Buchhaltung Bürgergemeinde, Löhne und Sozialversicherungen
- Budgetierung und Jahresabschluss
- Einbürgerungswesen
- Pflege Homepage und Social-Media

Sie sind kommunikativ und innovativ und verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office), Buchhaltungskenntnisse (wenn möglich Abacus), und Sie sind offen, neue PC-Programme kennenzulernen und Social Media-sicher. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Fremdsprachen wie Englisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil.
