Management Assistent Commerce

As Management Assistant for Commerce, you are the first point of contact for the group directors of Commerce: to ensure optimal support to the commercial leadership team.

The team, of which you will be support, consists of 6 directors Procurement, Product management, Marketing, Sales Development, Digital Commerce and Region Eastern Europe and operates from our headquarters in Varsseveld. This is a position in an international environment with contacts at various levels. You will join a hard-working, professional and approachable team.

**What is your role?**

In this role you will have several organizational and administrative tasks. These tasks are:

- Realizing a correct and efficient agenda management;
- Preparing, organizing and managing different types of appointments and meetings;
- Monitoring the action list and signaling;
- Arranging and preparing (international) business trips;
- Organizing team days and events.

**Who are you?**
- 5 + years of experience with project management and project management tools;
- You have interpersonal skills;
- Organizational skills and time management capability;
- Work experience in Reporting, administrative and correspondence skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English. Dutch would be an advantage.
