**DE&I Manager (80-100%)****:
Zurich | working from home up to 60% | Reference 5411

In this role as Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager you take the lead in close alignment with the business, the ESG strategy as well as our values and overall goals on developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to promote DE&I within the organization on a global scale.

**What You Will Do**:

- defining DE&I Targets for Business Units and Corporate Functions in close collaboration with HRBP
- collect and analyze relevant data, prepare regular reports on DE&I initiatives and progress to share with leadership and stakeholders
- create and revise policies and guidelines that support diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and employee development
- collaborate with internal stakeholders, employee resource groups and external partners to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, leveraging best practices and external networks
- define training programs (workshops, webinars, etc.) to educate employees on DE&I issues and fostering a culture of inclusion
- stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to DE&I, ensuring the organization's practices are in compliance

**What You Bring**:

- previous experience in DE&I management or related roles (culture transformation), preferably at a regional or global level
- in-depth understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, best practices, and current issues. Familiarity with global diversity trends and cultural nuances
- ability to drive change and influence stakeholders, fostering a culture of inclusion and promoting diversity as a core value
- proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build partnerships across different teams and functions
