For an international organization we are hiring a **Senior GL Accountant for a unlimited term contract.**

**Responsabilities**:

- Manage and oversee general ledger accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (French or/and Swiss Statutory)
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and review of all transactions posted in the general ledger.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support external audits
- Mentor and support junior accountants as needed.
- CPA or ACCA
- 7-10 years of experience as a GL accountat
- Ideally a previous experience in a Big4
- Soon available (1 month notice)
- Autonomous and pragmatic individual
- French and English (c1)
