We are looking for a new team member in the role as

**Process Engineering Supervisor II - P&T (m/w/d) 100%**:
**Location**: Grenchen (SO), Switzerland

**Type of Contract**: permanent employment

**Shift work**: No

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee programming and tooling activities.
- Ensure top-notch production quality and objectives.
- Champion good manufacturing practices.
- Foster collaboration within the team.
- Recruit, evaluate, and develop talent.
- Provide support and solve problems as a servant leader.
- Handle weekly and monthly reporting.
- Encourage and recognize employee initiatives.
- Share best practices and promote team exchanges.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Track project progress and collaborate with accounting.
- Manage modifications per validation procedures.

**YOUR BACKGROUND**:

- Good knowledge of production environments / CNC machining
- Mastery of lean manufacturing tools, 6 sigmas
- Good knowledge of investigation tools (hishikawa, 5 whys...)
- Sensitive to Compliance / Quality aspects and requirements in the medical field
- Financial basics / Lean Accounting
- Good reporting skills on weekly basis
- Minimum 3years experience in a comparable role
