FELFEL is looking for someone who has a knack for storytelling & headlines, an original eye for content and, above all, who can build the bridge between brands and customers.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**:
The Social Media Manager at FELFEL is focused on identifying trends, on planning for attention, and on developing creative content that aligns with our social-first approach to marketing.

Your contribution: brand awareness. Your responsibilities:

- Keep up to date with the latest cultural, creative, and technological trends to spot opportunities to insert FELFEL in relevant conversations online.
- Be able to jump quickly behind a camera (your phone) to create content on-the-go and to capture trending moments.
- Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social media gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
- Be FELFEL’s ear & voice - read every comment and interact with customers on social media channels.
- Create a process to relay negative/positive feedback to the internal teams.
- Build an online community by engaging with relevant creators to turn them into potential clients.
- Leverage a team of 150+ people to boost social media presence.
- Be able to track, analyze and draw hypothesis on where to go next with social content.

And of course, own the daily operations of our company (& potentially founders) LinkedIn & Instagram channels.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Uses and creates on social media daily.
- A demonstrable passion & curiosity for LinkedIn (and Instagram).
- Experience in creating audience-centric content creation with clever copywriting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Swiss-German and English (French is a BIG plus)
- Background in creative content, journalism or even psychology.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment
