HR Intern, European Hqs

**The Role**

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the European Headquarters from our office in Zurich, Switzerland.

Throughout their internship, interns will gain international HR experience, exposure to senior leaders, network across the organization and understand Ecolab’s businesses, career paths and culture though a variety of opportunities. After successfully completing their internship, Interns are well equipped with key on the job HR skills and soft-skills related to the HR.

**What you will do**

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the HR Head European Headquarters with international HR Projects (Talent, Learning & development etc.)
- Assist on employee communications and employer branding activities
- Support with HR admin processes for the Swiss and European Organization

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent knowledge of English language -C2 level (verbal & written communication)
- Knowledge of German or French language will be considered a plus
- Student of Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Interest in the recruitment and HR field
- Availability of at least 30-35 hours per week
- Particularly excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
