Aufgaben

ls Agile Coach stehen Sie in der ersten Reihe, wenn es um die Transformation von Unternehmens-einheiten, Unternehmen oder auch einzelnen Teams geht. Sie begeistern das Management für agile Prinzipien, entwickeln massgeschneiderte Organisationsmodelle und führen diese Step by Step gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden ein. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt unter anderem:

- Die Unterstützung der agilen Transformation von Unternehmenseinheiten als auch einzelner Teams bei unseren Kunden mit Fokus auf service-orientierte Ausrichtung der cross-funktionalen Teams aus den unterschiedlichsten Unternehmensbereichen
- Die Erarbeitung massgeschneiderter Organisations-, Kollaborations
- und Governance-Modelle unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Situation und des Umfelds der Kunden
- Die Implementierung der entworfenen Modelle mit Blick auf die erforderliche Kommunikation und zulässige Geschwindigkeit der Veränderung (Lean Change Management)
- Individuelles Coaching von Senior Executives, Mitarbeitern, als auch Teams bei der Umsetzung neuer Arbeitsmodelle
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings zu agilen Skalierungsmethoden, Mindset und Frameworks sowie laufende Verbesserung des BearingPoint Agile Trainingsprogramms
- Mitarbeit in der laufenden Weiterentwicklung der BearingPoint Agile Community (sowohl intern als auch extern etwa bei Meetups und Konferenzen)

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Masterstudiums sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master oder Product Owner
- Kenntnisse in Objective and Key Results (OKR) sowie Lean & Change Management
- Data Analytics, IT Architektur, Cloud, DevOps, oder API sind keine Fremdwörter
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Rück/-Versicherungsbereich
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten innerhalb unserer Projektteams sowie Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
- Enthusiastische, kreative und proaktive Persönlichkeit
