**What You’ll Do**
As the Global Process Safety Expert, you will support to implement and sustain the Process Safety activities, specifically chemical hazard k assessments, at our manufacturing locations. As an essential part of this job you will also be involved developing and sustaining Process Safety competences and in incident root cause investigations. Therefore, you will be working closely with internal and external experts.

**Your experience**
- Bachelor in Engineering or higher required, chemistry, chemical engineering or process safety degree is preferred
- Demonstrated strong 5+ years of industry experience (production, engineering) or 3+ years in process safety.
- Detail knowhow and experience in Process Risk assessments, preferable already in a lead/chair role in a complex chemical environment
- Detail knowhow of manufacturing and SHE aspects
- Ability to lead and manage complex tasks or projects
- Auditing experience
- Consulting skills and ability to influence others
- Customer focused and drive to meet commitments
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English, other languages, preferably French, are an advantage
