- We're looking for a Purpose Implementation Project Manager to:
- plan and execute the further rollout of our Purpose to Impact Leadership Program to senior leaders globally
- own the full event planning lifecycle
- look into the further scale up of the program across the bank
- actively contribute to key purpose deliverables which are driven out of the Purpose Implementation team

- You'll be working in the Purpose Implementation team in Zurich. The team is bringing purpose to life through various interventions along the Employee Lifecycle, targeting our employees as much as our external ecosystem. As a project manager, you’ll play an important role in driving UBS’ transformation efforts in becoming a purpose-led organization.

**Your expertise**
- Ideally 5 years of experience as event manager / project manager with similar role/scope
- Experienced in planning and executing global programs to senior leaders
- Very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
- Great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Fluent in English
