Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences

**Your tasks**:

- You **acquire and support new customers** and develop them into key accounts.
- As a market expert, you advise your clients on their recruitment processes.
- You support exciting companies in German-speaking Switzerland in **filling permanent and temporary positions **in the Life-Sciences sector.
- You will be responsible for the** entire recruitment process**, from job posting to presentation to the end client, supported by our Talent Acquisition Team.
- You work closely and in partnership with your clients and **build trusting, long-term business relationship**s with them.

**You bring with you**:

- A business degree and/or several years of experience in HR consulting or in a sales-oriented role.
- A **strong sales and communication personality** as well as a confident and professional demeanour.
- A **high demand for quality** in your daily work.
- A strong sense of **responsibility and self-motivation**.
- A desire to work in a **humorous, competent and appreciative team**.
- Fluent German and very good English.
