Aircraft Maintenance Cleaner

The Aircraft Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the aircraft, in accordance with Jet Aviation policy and procedures.
- Description/Tasks:
- Work within teams / individually in such a manner to ensure proper delivery expectations and quality ;
- Perform internal/external aircraft cleaning and polish ;
- Assist in the painting preparation ;
- Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task ;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment ;
- Responsible for cleaning equipment and report damage equipment ;
- Perform work within estimated hours ;
- Follow all safety procedures and specifications ;
- Basic knowledge of required paperwork in accordance with assigned normal duties ;
- Use and operate ground support equipment, as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner ;
- Work with or no supervision and accomplish assignments with or no rework ;
- Perform other duties as assigned and required by his/her superior and coordinate with his/her superior ;
- Comply with Cleaning shop standards and practices and respect Company policy ;
- Follow safety procedures when using paint strippers, chemicals and use protective equipment as required ;
- Report unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk ;
- Use material requisition system, track squawks, and sign off completed work ;
- Perform, on request, infrastructure cleaning.
- Qualification/Experience:
- High School Diploma ;
- Must have a general knowledge of paint preparation ;
- Must have general knowledge of cleaning aircraft ;
- Basic ability to read, writes, speak, and understand the English language ;
- Basic computer skills.
