Social Content Management Intern

Part of the in-house marketing team at EF’s Zurich headquarters, this exciting role will be responsible for managing our central TikTok presence and the #efdaily campaign.

**In this role you will**:

- Work closely with both our awesome Copy and Content and Social Media teams
- Motivate our community (including students and Ambassadors) to post regular content and engage with them on our central accounts
- Work closely with copywriters, designers and project managers in managing the project
- Liaise with our global markets on social media strategy and help train them in all things TikTok
- Oversee a curation process to collect content and make sure it gets visibility across the company
- Have a significant impact on the further development of EF’s brand personality across our social media channels and in 50+ countries

**We are looking for**:

- A “social media native” - an avid consumer and user of social media platforms, especially Tiktok and Instagram Stories/Reels
- Experience creating content for TikTok, either for a company or for yourself
- Excellent English skills and a natural flair for using it creatively, other languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not necessary
- Previous experience working in social media or marketing is a plus, but also not necessary

**We also expect**:

- A love of all things social and a desire to build a career in the field
- Demonstrable creative flair, especially on TikTok
- A positive, can-do approach to work, including openness to feedback and collaboration
- Ability to work independently, but also with different teams
- Ability to produce great work under tight deadlines
