**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Leads the System Architecture Team
- Drives the Community of Practice
- Responsible for Governance implementation and adoption
- Understand the trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets & technology and propose innovative and sound solutions to your business partner
- I able to support system architects to become a sparring partner for their business peers and to develop a vision, business models and key capabilities in the context of the whole bank
- Help business leaders and their teams to understand the potential options, their implications on technology, business and operational and support the their investment decisions
- Be a change agent who drives the evolution of the capabilities & products in close collaboration with business stakeholders and assure its implementation
- Facilitate the digital transformation and roll out of global solutions finding the right balance on scalability and local adoption
- Connect the dots by having a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information and technology assets and translate business requirements into solutions
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- People leadership skills
- Strong analytical and methodological competences paired with good banking and technical knowhow
- Solution oriented mindset paired with strategic vision
- Extensive banking industry knowledge
- Good understanding of didacticts, methodological approach (e.g. Togaf), delivery oriented mindset
- Knowledge and curiosity in current technologies, IT Trends and financial market developments
- Fluent English and other languages like German beneficiary
- Strong personal drive with good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic function or architectural role within the banking industry or consulting with banking focus
- Lead successfully architecture teams and have a track record in business transformation
