**The role**:

- You will independently book accounts payable for wefox Insurance AG (formerly ONE Versicherung AG) as well as other group companies, taking into account local tax laws
- Your tasks include the preparation of the weekly payment run
- In addition, you validate the monthly credit card statements and are the counterpart for cost controlling
- You will also work hand in hand with the local accounting team and take over the reconciliation of the sub-ledgers (e.g. cash)
- You actively support ongoing automation projects

**What you bring**:

- You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship and have at least 2 years of professional experience in accounting
- You have experience in Swiss VAT law as well as experience with cost centers
- You have fluent English speaking and writing skills and you ideally have knowledge of Abacus
- You keep a cool head in hectic situations
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- You are interested in databases and want to develop yourself further in this field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
