To complete our team in our Services Division in Winterthur, Switzerland we are looking for a proactive and dedicated **Head of Operational Excellence (f/m/d)** In this challenging and as well interesting position you will be mainly responsible for the strategy development, implementation and the project management including the following responsibilities: - Drives and manage the Operational Excellence development and organizational set-up at our Services Division globally - Lead and managing of the respective team, consisting of currently three employees - Lead our Operational Excellence process at site and support the training of further Operational Excellence managers - Promote & facilitate the establishment of lean methods, tools and conduct on-site workshops and Kaizen initiatives - Promote and facilitates the diagnosis of processes and information to identify priorities regarding Operational Excellence cost saving and efficiency improvement projects - Define and drive "best practices" (methods and processes) in all areas of responsibilities - Manage Operations Project Portfolio and Project Management Office - Supports in achieving respective KPI's, reports and moderate on a monthly basis - Leads strategic initiatives and projects for the development of our global manufacturing footprint - Global Support on evaluation of new manufacturing process, assets, and tools - Development of our micro processes and RACI for the defined scope - Promote & facilitate the establishment of our "Fit for Services" program Ideally you have completed a higher technical education and have at least 5 years' experience with similar topics, either in an industrial environment or working in a consulting firm for industrial customers. As well you're experienced in project management, lean methods and change management. With your strong customer orientation, your excellent networking and intercultural competencies you're able to organise your work accurately and independently. Your strong, resistant and target focused personality with precise communication helps you supporting your initiatives and negotiations to convince, influence and accelerate developments to reach required improvement. You are experienced in problem solving, defining organizational excellence and you do have the ability to prioritize dedicated measures globally. You have substantial knowledge in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. We expect willingness to travel (10%).
