**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Manager Production Line
- Stellvertreter des Head Operations
- Sicherstellen einer termingerechten Produktion sowie Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionslinien
- Weiterentwickeln einer proaktiven Einstellung der Mitarbeitenden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Sicherstellen der termingerechten Planung und einer kostenoptimalen, umwelt
- und sicherheitsgerechten Umsetzung von Instandhaltung
- Sicherstellen und Durchführen einer laufenden Kostensteuerung in Relation zum Budget
- Erstellung der detaillierten Produktionsplanung und Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Produktionskapazitäten

**Deine Skills**:

- Abschluss einer technischen Lehre und technischen Studiums (Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik)
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld und davon mind. 5 Jahre als Produktionsleiter oder Betriebsleiter mit der Verantwortung für einen Produktionsbetrieb
- Führungsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und bereit für den ständigen Wandel
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
