**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- New installations of machines at customers with instruction and training courses
- Production support
- Remediation of machine downtimes (diagnostic competence) with remote support (Level 1) or on site at the customer (Level 2)
- Maintenance and repairs of our machines at the customer’s site
- Customer training on site at the customer’s site or in-house
- Preparing and carrying out machine acceptance at the customer’s premises
- Assistance and support with documentation
- Capture and record customer needs during deployment
- Internal assistance in production or test field
**Your abilities**:

- Apprenticeship as electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician or automation technician
- Further education depending on vocational training mechanical or electrical
- You have well-founded experience in mechanical engineering assembly and commissioning, work independently and customer-oriented.
- Communication skills, customer orientated, initiative and confident manner
- Worldwide readiness to travel (duration of 1-3 weeks at a time)
- German and English (any other language is welcome)
- Good PC knowledge
