HZI works for customers ranging from established waste management companies to up-and-coming partners in new markets. Its innovative and reliable solutions have been part of more than 1,600 reference projects worldwide.**Your responsibilities**:

- You have the full responsibility for client relations and service project acquisition (overhauls, retrofits, inspections) for Switzerland and Southern Germany (near border)
- You drive the business development within the region for service projects
- You discuss and negotiate projects with our customers
- You prepare proposals and review of contracts
- You follow your projects from the pitch to handover to the project execution team
- You travel approx. 50% of your time in your market (Switzerland and Southern Germany)

**Your experiences**:

- Trained engineer with 5+ years’ experience in EfW as Commissioning Engineer, Project Manager or Salesperson
- Solid experience in EfW processes and parts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Self-driven, ambitious, customer-oriented, and resilient personality
- Fluency in German and English, French is a big plus
