- Contribute to the creation of a caring and inclusive learning environment in which students can flourish, ensuring that each student’s health and well-being are given the necessary priority.

- Use and develop the existing resources to teach Grade 6 and 7.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE- Qualification- You should possess a relevant university degree and a **teaching qualification**.- Experience- You should have experience teaching Language in a classroom setting. It's essential to have experience in addressing the needs of students with diagnosed learning differences in the classroom.- Prior Skills and Knowledge- You are a native German speaker or equivalent. You should be proficient in using educational technology to enhance learning. Demonstrating a good rapport with students, being firm yet empathetic and fair, and showcasing strong organisational skills, as evidenced by meeting the requirements of external examination boards, are crucial. Additionally, possessing good verbal and written communication skills is essential.- Additional Skills- You should excel at working collaboratively as part of a team. You must have a solid classroom management strategy, and differentiation strategies to accommodate diverse student needs.ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
- It is important that the post holder is always aware of Child Protection guidelines and observes a professional distance from students whilst still developing effective working and caring relationships.- You understand and embrace the importance of diversity and inclusion and stand against discrimination in any form.- Background investigations and reference checks for the past ten years will be conducted during the selection process.
