**YOUR ROLE**:
As part of the QC Physico-chemistry team, you will lead all physicochemical methods. You will highly contribute to the troubleshooting and the continuous improvement of all of them. As expert, you will support the team and participate to the routine team needs, respond, and help it to take decisions (business critical analysis, blocking production testing).
You are the physico-chemistry expertise point of contact for Production, MSAT, BPS, QA and others Merck sites. You will be challenged, and you have to challenge decisions, new technologies and demonstrate by your knowledge, confidence in your choices. As you are the key to expertise, you will participate to multidisciplinary and multisite investigations.
QC activities are wide, and you will actively participate to the technology transfers and method validations. Those activities are business critical, and you have to ensure that they will fit in the QC needs and can be applied in routine testing. In parallel, you will highly support the new technologies as robotization and digitalization.
You will be the support and main contact to the documentation linked to the routine, validation and change purposes.
As expert, you will directly report to the Physico-chemistry manager, and you will inform constantly the team about routine and investigation status.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Master or Eng in biology, chemistry, biotechnology or equivalent pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of GMP
- Experience and knowledge in physiochemical methods (HPLC/UPLC, OD, ES-MS )
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Master computer tools: office, LIMS, Stabileo, Minitab...
- Fluent in French and English.
