- As a **Production Efficiency Improvement Trainee (m/w/d)**, you will join the process engineer team in **Vernier**and you will improve the flow of fragrances production in one of the Givaudan's biggest site.

**Reporting to our Process Engineer, you will**:
- Manage data analysis by Excel or SAP- Improve automation rate (analysis and monitoring the flow of raw materials )- Contribute to specific projects (BI report )- Work with different partners locally and globally- Lead rapid improvement events on the shop floor with the teams for improving production efficiency-

**Your success profile includes**:
- Master degree student in industrial engineering, materials science and engineering, operational management, technology and entrepreneurship, or a similar discipline- Knowledge in continuous improvement (lean management, 6-sigma)- Knowledge of BI reports beneficial- Fluent in French and English languages
