We are seeking a technically proficient and self-driven team member to be an engaged and valued contributor to our Operations team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the efficient assembly and quality control testing of all the key components required for Verity's indoor drone systems. However, you will also be expected to integrate with other operations functions to improve our ways of working together. Depending on your progress and performance, transition to more complex tasks across other product lines is possible.

**What you'll do**
- Efficient manual assembly and maintenance of flying machines, parts and support equipment with respect to detailed specifications and quality standards with demonstrated confidence to work with automation technologies
- Demonstrate logic-based thinking and independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting assembly or quality
- Perform quality control procedures and document results
- Perform all work with attention to detail, care and pride
- Be willing to work occasionally outside of manufacturing to support and meet company / team objectives i.e., packing of shipments to customers/events, warehousing and inventory management activities

**What you bring**
- Apprenticeship as an electronic technician or similar
- 1-3 years of work experience with assembly of automation technologies
- Experience in hand soldering
- Previous experience in factory and warehouse setting is required
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in English spoken and written, German is a plus
