**MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - FIA Team Services & Operations Ensures that working areas are properly equipped and functional Assists with all accreditation processes, from request to completion and distribution - Third-Party Suppliers Plans and coordinates the activities of all third-party suppliers required for the delivery of an F1 Event weekend Foresees any needs, identifies potential suppliers and coordinates with management Ensures that the service is being delivered according to the order and follows up the invoicing process - Freight Movements Traces and coordinates all actions Controls and observes air freight loading Reports any issues with the process Delivers the required administrative support work related to all freight activities Pre-season planning, day-to-day follow-up and post-season dispatch**PROFILE**: - Sporting event production experience, especially in motor sports - International logistics project coordination - International freight administration - Forklift driving licence - Air Freight Security Certification "Known Consignor" - Level 8 - Electric installations knowledge and space planning - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Proficient in Windows OS - CAD software knowledge - Native or fluent English, written and spoken - Capacity to work under time pressure - Able to integrate with a multicultural team
