H&s Coordinator

**Your role**:

- Develop, organize, manage and maintain the Health and Safety Program and hazards prevention campaigns in collaboration with Health and Safety Committees
- Identify, organize and supply safety trainings and recommendations to Safety Committees
- Complete internal audits and hazard assessments of all Division job function as required
- Assist in the development, coordination and maintenance of emergency plans and the review of health and safety related policies and procedures
- Work closely with the managers, facility management and contractors ensuring their works comply with safety legislation
- Monitor and advise on national and local legislative and technical changes relating to health and safety and provide information to employees
- Ensure appropriate and sufficient safety equipment is available to all employees

**Your profile**:

- Professional accreditation : Brevet Fédéral STPS desirable or Chargé de Sécurité minimum
- 2-3 years of experience in the industrial environment/manufacturing
- Connection/membership with H&S Associations in Switzerland
- Ideally you have experience as a chemist, engineer or similar
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English and/or German/French
- Open to international environment
