Nous avons élargi nos expertises et renforcé notre présence mondiale, consolidant ainsi notre position de partenaire stratégique pour les plus grands acteurs du secteur. **Pour renforcer notre équipe en Suisse Romande, nous recherchons un Project Lead.** **A propos du poste**: Rejoignez une équipe dynamique au cœur d’un site industriel de pointe, pour accompagner le développement d’infrastructures critiques liées à la production de médicaments biologiques. Vos responsabilités: - Piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle (ex. : travaux de salles blanches, modifications d’équipements, utilités, infrastructures support ). - Être le point de contact principal entre les parties prenantes internes (engineering, production, qualité) et les prestataires externes. - Définir les besoins, établir les cahiers des charges et suivre l’exécution des projets jusqu’à leur livraison. - Gérer les plannings, les budgets et assurer le respect des exigences qualité, sécurité et réglementaires. - Animer les réunions de suivi et coordonner les équipes projet. **A propos de vous**: - Formation supérieure en ingénierie, biotechnologie ou discipline apparentée. - Expérience en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel, idéalement biotech ou pharmaceutique. - Connaissance des normes GMP, des infrastructures de production, et des contraintes HSE. - Excellent sens de la communication, leadership et orientation solutions. - Français courant, l’anglais est un plus. **Ce que nous proposons**: - Un contrat à durée indéterminée et des projets innovants - Une politique de rémunération attractive - Un management personnalisé et une formation continue pour développer votre carrière - Un bon esprit d'équipe et une intégration au sein de la "Tribu". **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Type d'emploi : 100% Horaires: - Travail en journée Lieu du poste : En présentiel
