Im Bereich "Recruiting" und "Interim" unterstützen wir namhafte Kunden durch die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Fach - und Führungspersonen aus dem Einkauf. Für den weiteren erfolgreichen Ausbau unserer Dienstleistungen in der Personalgewinnung suchen wir einen **Recruitment Consultant **(w/m) 80-100%. **Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen** - Betreuung von exklusiven Kundenmandaten für Festanstellungen und Interimspositionen - Gewinnung und Vermittlung von Fach - und Führungskräften im Beschaffungswesen - Ausbau und Betreuung unseres bereits umfangreichen Netzwerks - Research und Direktansprache von Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen - Aktives Personalmarketing auf Job-Plattformen und sozialen Medien - Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesse und der Cloud-Lösung - Mitarbeit bei Projekten in den Bereichen Recruiting & Interim **Ihr Profil** - Erfahrung in der Personalgewinnung, von Vorteil in den Bereichen Beschaffungsmanagement/Supply Chain Management - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungskompetenzen - Motivierte, selbständige und verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und unternehmerischem Denken - Effiziente Arbeitsweise mit analytischem und digitalem Flair - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business Netzwerken, sozialen Medien, Job-Plattformen und eRecruiting-Lösungen - Sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil **Das bieten wir** - Sehr gutes Arbeitsklima, der Teamgedanke und die Freude an der Arbeit steht bei uns im Vordergrund - Möglichkeit den Berufsalltag selbständig zu gestalten - Ein bestehender und sehr treuer Kundenstamm - Flexible Arbeitszeiten und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet - Sehr zentrale Standorte in Bern und Zürich - Ergonomischer Arbeitsplatz - Transparentes Lohnsystem (100% Fixlohn) - Die Möglichkeit im Homeoffice zu arbeiten (aktuell ca. 40-60%) - Homeoffice-Sorglospaket - 40 Stunden Arbeitswoche Werden Sie Teil des Procurement Partner Teams und begleiten Sie uns und unsere Kunden in die Zukunft.
