**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- To be successful in this role, you will bring over 10 years of professional experience in strategic account management, business management, or customer-facing roles. You have demonstrable knowledge of basic finance and a solid understanding of financial statements, coupled with a proven track record of designing and implementing strategies that deliver tangible results.
- Your expertise in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation allows you to effectively navigate complex business environments and drive success.
- You are a curious and adaptable individual, with a willingness to learn and grow in the face of challenges. Your excellent English communication skills, along with experience working with senior leaders, enable you to establish trust and build meaningful relationships.
- You have a background in coaching and engaging customer-facing professionals, fostering their growth and success within the organization.
- In addition, you are willing to travel extensively, up to 70% depending on account needs, and possess a global mindset to operate effectively in diverse environments.
- While a business degree is a plus, your strategic vision and commitment to delivering results are what will set you apart in this role.
