Maternity Nurse/nanny with Newborn Experience

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide attentive and loving care for the newborn, including feeding, changing, bathing, and soothing.
- Establish and maintain a routine for the baby's care, including feeding and sleep schedules.
- Offer guidance and support to the parents on newborn care and development.
- Monitor the baby’s health and development, recognizing any signs of concern.
- Prepare bottles and assist with breastfeeding, if required.
- Help with light household tasks related to the baby, such as laundry and maintaining a clean and organized nursery.
- Be available for support during the night to ensure the baby and parents are well-rested.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Swiss Work Permit or EU Passport.
- Proven experience as a Maternity Nurse or Nanny specializing in newborn care.
- Strong understanding of newborn development, care routines, and safety protocols.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with parents to ensure a cohesive care approach.
- Relevant certifications in newborn care, first aid, and CPR are preferred.
