Launch Manager

**Launch Manager (M/F/d) - Supply Chain or Logistics / SAP ERP- MM, PP, (Master Data) / Stakeholder Management / System Thinking / German / English**

**Project**: For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for an MSAT Launch Manager (M/F/d).

**Background**:
**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Participation in launch projects, product phase outs, product updates or production transfers through supply chain and master data expertise
- Coordination of material supply, supply chain readiness and ERP system set up in transfer and launch projects for devices, accessories and spare parts
- Primary requirements planning, if necessary in the APO system, based on internal and external specifications (project/sales plan) for products up to series production and handover to the Buyer & Planner
- Material requirements and capacity planning for equipment, accessories & spare parts during the project phase
- Creation of production orders for materials up to series production or handover to the Buyer & Planner
- Procurement of materials during the project phase and monitoring of timely availability of goods
- Material and inventory management during the project phase
- Material master data for devices, accessories & spare parts before launch in the ERP system,
- Recording, checking, and if necessary, changing or supplementing the basic data in the material master for new materials up to series production
- Participation in the initial supply chain design and definition of the initial planning parameters; handover to the buyers and planners after series production start
- Recording and updating of production bills of materials in the ERP system for new products up to series production and handover to the Buyer & Planner
- Ensuring high material master data quality throughout the product life cycle in cooperation with data owners of specific material master data
- Tracking and transparency about the expected post launch SMCs of the product
- Representation for colleagues within the department in case of absence

Must Haves:

- Bachelor's degree in commercial field, preferably supply chain or logistics focus
- At least two years of relevant professional experience after completing your studies (internships, theses
and other activities during your studies are not eligible for this)
- Experience with SAP ERP- MM, PP, (Master Data)
- Affinity to data
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong team spirit
- Structured working methods and system thinking
- Project management experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English
