Scrum Master

**Scrum Master / Agile Coach (M/F/d)**:
Workload: 80-100% | 3 days home office | Location: Zürich | Starting: ASAP

**We are looking for**:
In order to strengthen our product organization, we are looking for a smart, talented, and dedicated person to join our team in the role of Scrum Master & Project Manager. You will be part of a great team of currently four other Scrum Masters that we have built up over the past year. Everyone works at different flight levels, sometimes with more exposure to top management, sometimes to engineering. As a team, we aim to help our colleagues navigate a dynamic and ever-changing environment and achieve our goal of becoming the leading advertising platform in Switzerland. **Your tasks**:

- You lead 2-3 cross-functional Scrum teams and are responsible for the development of the specification and ensure the achievement of epics in close cooperation with the product owner and the engineering team.
- You organize and manage Scrum events and ensure a structured documentation in Confluence and Jira
- You address impediments and actively support their elimination
- You independently identify fields of action and find solutions with your colleagues across the organization
- You inform and communicate actively within the team, with key stakeholders and the various committees in the group
- You help the team to understand the theories and practices, as well as rules and values of Scrum, Kanban and agile methods and to understand more
- In addition to your activity as a Scrum Master, you will lead individual transformation projects and thus actively contribute to the digitization of the group
- You ensure continuous development and process improvement; you use KPIs and metrics and learn iteratively what works - and what doesn't

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed a university degree in business, computer science or a comparable professional qualification
- You have several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner or in Business Engineering and are familiar with agile methods and techniques, especially Scrum and Kanban
- You are highly solution oriented and share our passion for driving sustainable organizational change
- You have solid experience with agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- You have very good analytical and conceptual skills paired with a strong communication, empathy and conflict resolution skills
- Business fluent English or German complete your profile
