**Montres Antima SA** in Bienne, Switzerland, a member of the **Fossil Group**, specializes in designing and developing watches and jewelry for both licensed and proprietary brands. For our **Emporio Armani Orologi** product development team, focused on luxury and fashion-forward timepieces, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Product Development Manager** to join us starting December 1st, 2024.

**Your Impact**:

- Lead all stages of product development from ideation to product launch, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and manufacturability, under the leadership of the Group Manager.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and suppliers to create innovative, high-quality timepieces that meet customer needs and align with brand aesthetics.
- Maintain project documentation, pricing, and user manuals.
- Analyze consumer trends, competitive products, and market demand to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate between commercial needs, design, and development teams during product meetings.
- Prepare and review product samples for approval meetings.
- Oversee the development of packaging and hangtags to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

**Who You Are**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in product management within the watch industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A deep interest in horology and current watch trends, with a keen eye for design and functionality.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving product processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
