**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the development, evolution and operation of methodology and tools throughout the LDC program and ensure their effective utilization across the program.
- Facilitate the lessons learned management process by capturing, analyzing, and disseminating key insights and best practices.
- Drive the definition of an operational excellence & automation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Own and govern “Approaches” and related trainings / know-how build-up in LDC
- Drive Compliance & Controls aspects of the methodology partnering with the information security & compliance teams and internal and external assurance / audit partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, IT) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in leading the set-up and evolution of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, plus related compliance & controls aspects
- Familiarity with LDC projects and processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in driving operational excellence & automation initiatives is a plus.
